This service is for resizing your previously purchased Brync bracelet during your bracelet's refund window, per our Refund Policy. The fee is per bracelet. Please do not purchase this service unless you have contacted us via email regarding a resize.
***Due to Covid-19, as we continue to work safely, there will be a significant delay in the return shipment of resized products.***
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (with shipping tracking services) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please forward your shipment tracking number and desired new size to us via email, once you ship your bracelet to us.
